Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Nexikos online service (property management) provided by the operator to businesses and owners (“the customer”).
2. Account
The person creating an account confirms that they are authorised to represent the company concerned. The customer protects its access (password, two-factor authentication) and is responsible for the use of its accounts.
3. Trial and plans
The free trial lasts 30 days, with no commitment. Plans, their features and limits are described on the Pricing page. Without a subscription at the end of the trial, the account switches to the free Basic mode.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs. The subscription is payable in advance, monthly or yearly, by the means offered by the payment provider. It renews until cancelled.
5. Cancellation and Basic mode
The customer may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Upon cancellation or non-payment, the account switches to Basic mode: no data is deleted, only creation beyond the limits is blocked.
6. Customer data
The customer remains the owner of its data and responsible for that of its tenants and partners. The operator processes it only to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy policy, and does not use it for any other purpose.
7. Export
The customer can export all of its data at any time, on any plan, including after cancellation.
8. Availability
The operator takes care of the availability and security of the service (including daily backups), without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. Maintenance is announced where possible.
9. Liability
The operator’s liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, within the limits of mandatory law. The customer checks the documents produced (reminders, invoices, statements) before using them.
10. Communications
The operator may send the customer the information needed for the service. Marketing communications are only sent with the customer’s consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Changes
These terms may be amended; customers are informed in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office, subject to mandatory jurisdictions.
